Customer Service Representative
Seeking a motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Representative with at least 6 months of experience focusing on commercial, educational, or governmental clients. Position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a proven track record in lead generation and customer satisfaction. Applicant will be required to prospect for new commercial clients as well as provide service on existing customer accounts. Telecommute schedule may be possible. A degree in an IS or Marketing-related field is preferred but not required.

PC/Network Technician
Position requires on-site installation, troubleshooting, service and support for Windows-based personal computers, server-based environments and associated networking equipment for commercial customers in the north Mississippi/Alabama area. Applicants will also provide assistance in developing solutions and quotes related to customer projects. Demonstrated proficiency with networking equipment installation, repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting is a must. A degree in an IT-related field and/or industry-recognized technical certification (A+ or equivalent) is preferred.

Field Technicians
These are entry-level tech positions covering regional locations in which a telecommute schedule will be used. Ability to follow written work order instructions is a must. Applicants will be required to perform on-site installations, warranty parts replacement and service for commercial and residential customers in the north Mississippi/Alabama area. A degree in an IT-related field and/or industry-recognized technical certification is preferred but not required.
